Aww Enri and Nfirea like each other. So cute.

And I thought the East and the West should never meet, but I guess if the North was taken over by our buddy Einz, then it is kinda his fault.

Edit: next show says it was the Beast of the South, though I thought the hamster was called "The Great King of the Northern Forest.

In the LN, it was explained that it wasn't the capture of Hamusuke that destroyed the balance of power (she didn't even know that the "Giant" and the "Serpent" existed. lol), but the Fake Nazarick that Aura created (the one that they used to spy the Lizardmen in S2) and the undeads that are hanging around it.
So what is happening here is 100% Ainz's fault. lol

Mæx Wellington • 2 years ago

I was teasing. This is my second viewing and I know it is his fault, just wanted to add the trope "I am the west and you are the east. If ever we meet, the world will fall into calamity"

Hamskie is female I assumed that size issue was because of insertion not accidental unbirth

I wonder if by "Say for one individual", Demiurge means the creepy princess, or someone else.

leocaeser • 1 year ago

right on the money there the princess is in league with Demiurge. In exchange for becoming a servant of Nazarick, she would be given a single-use book that allows a
race change. She became a demon. Another part of the deal was that she
would be allowed to claim Climb as her husband in the future. Climb was the
one Demiurge told everyone not to kill last season.

Yeah, the Princess wants to climb Climb.

ELK NOTHIN • 1 year ago

So is she currently a demon in the anime or has it only happened in the LN?

Niño vincent Atienza • 1 year ago

wow dude you just explained everything thanks so much, i've been searching about this and why shaltear act like she's surprise when she sees climb in season 2. thanks a bunch sir

Goblin slayer

Kinda pisses me off everyone's a paragon of justice in recent animes. Those goblins were gifted as bound slaves to that girl, they have no choice but to obey her commands, but that doesn't mean they get her alignment, or morals. In my book they would eat a few villagers before she found out, and order them to stop. They would look confused, and go for the farm farm animals next. They wouldn't sit in the dinner table eating God damn stew! They also wouldn't offer good courting advice. They wouldn't sacrifice themselves for another either. These beings are evil, and cruel, and that's their thing. The only thing that would stop them from murdering everyone, is a direct command from their master. And when that power dynamic is apparent, the villagers would fear, and avoid the girl with that power. They would ostracize her.

Yea, she'd basically have to teach them stuff little by little. However, Ainz did mention that by blowing the horn, she'd summon goblins who'd do her bidding/will. Maybe they're connected and can feel their master's will so they align to her moral obligations. I mean, it's magic, anything goes.

Gon Kalms • 1 year ago

May be they're influenced by their master's will/personality, magic is basically characterised as the physical manifestation of the caster's will. But from the pov of typical goblins, these goblins are weird.

Jo • 1 year ago

Well, that's the thing. They don't mention anything like that, so you can just assume. But I'm afraid the author just wants to make a heartfelt story, instead of a good story. In the later episodes the story gets kinda dark, but then returns to slice of life of the good overlord again. It's like that author wants to please both Berserk fans, and the waifu trope light comedy, and also be a fairytale. You just can't have it all. You gotta pick a genre, and stick with it.

Life can't be all dark and gore

It can't be all anime tropes either

Was that goblin voiced by Hulk Hogan, brother?

omg... that dude.. another misunderstanding route again.
He was protecting the village from Empire's executioner and from those evil church, not annex them.

Given Ainz's rate of fucking people over, I doubt the villagers will be around long.

He has no intention of fucking them up though.
